In this research we intend to trace the trajectory of teachers' professional development over the 5 years of the project. To provide for this description, we will use a mixture of quantitative and qualitative tools along a number of constructs. We are providing those tools here as well as others that we've strongly considered in an effort to streamline the work of other researchers.
